Snow Day (Part Two)

More fun on our snow day! There was a lull in the storm today around lunchtime so I took the boys out for a walk around the neighborhood. No sidewalks and the roads were actually pretty slippery - freshly (sort of) plowed but a nice layer of slippery ice underneath. I'm VERY thankful that I have the option of working from home on days like today - I couldn't do it every day - but it sure beats dangerous drives with flatlanders still figuring out (now in February) how to drive in poor road conditions.

It's of great comfort that the rodent in Pennsylvania didn't see his shadow thus predicting an early spring...So annnnnytime now gopher!
